Because every item from PuebloMerch.com is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

To start a return or replacement:

  • Contact us at pueblomerch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for next steps.

Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
